The Now is All and the All is Now
all is interwoven
what we do to ecological systems
we do to ourselves
at war with nature and the world
we are at war within oneself
If we stay the course
of our culturally oppressive dysfunction
no matter what bandages we put on
we shall fall right over the cliff to our demise
the only way out is in
the only way in
is awareness
awareness to see
right now
right here
only now
the only reality
there is nothing wrong with being human
our culture has taught us
the wrong message
a message of separation and fear
we no longer need to buy into that way of thinking
Right here
right now
listen
with awareness
dive into exactly as you are
no escape
be with feeling
for then there is no conflict
there is no time
and in that is healing
beyond what i could express
is so simple
yet our thoughts want to continuously
escape
not deal
keep us ignorant and captives to our
enculturation
stop and look around
see that the system is toxic through and through
see that the system is in our minds
end the system in you
see the fragmentation and isolation
of enculturated thought
of an oppressive system
that feeds on hierarchy
see that countries and territories
enemies and monsters
vermin and pests
money and ownership
are only thought-created
they have no reality
stop and see into the humanity
of other
stop and see the wonder of every life
stop and see the wonder of
the ecological nature of the universe
stop and see that you are it
one with it all
see in awareness
in awareness is the simple
If you truly understand this
if you happen to be in wealth and privilege
simplify
let go of much
stop marching towards more things
and discover that joy happens
in community
togetherness
if you realize
that the now is all
and the all is now
you see that you don’t crave
or need much
and a quiet comes on its own
and peace that isn’t sought
enters
for the whole universe
lies within oneself
and wholeness is
