Thank you for sharing. I wonder though if this want to stop the aging process goes actually against evolution. Dying is what gives rise to life and vise versa. We have over 8 billion people. If people begin to die later and later, the consequences on the natural world would be devastating. I wonder if we saw that we are in actuality not our bodies at all, and death is not such a scary thing, than embracing death would be come a beautiful thing - not just individually but collectively. Instead of trying to defeat death which is just another escape (it seems to me) than we can help others and at some point oneself, die well. Our whole culture is running, growing, consuming which is creating greater and greater harm on the planet. If we learn to flow with life, and not fight against, we may discover that it is not about prolonging life, but simply living a life lived well.
