Love your article. So good. I have a client who has really worked hard to have strong boundaries for herself and part of this was in saying no when she didn't need or want something. She just shared in our last session 2 examples of saying no thoughtfully and authentically. She is now in a place where she feels whole and connected and being able to say no when needed is now clear and sees the health benefits of what saying no can give oneself.
