IN AWARENESS

in awareness

all is let go

i flow

dancing in presence

and i circulate

through these poetic groves

whole, alive

i am

freedom is

here

one sees

wholeness

meandering

emptiness

flowing

through all

all

right here

now

infinite

letting loose

releasing all assumption

i uncover what lies beneath

i rage against

the dictations

of this culture

and rage into myself

and peel layer after layer

with the light of awareness

i burn everything

until nothing’s left

but ashes

even the phoenix

will not emerge

and Buddhas and Christs

disappear into the void

all is done

the illusion shattered

empty, free

all pointers gone

i swallow the moon, sun, and stars

and here i look around

and discover

far from isolated

i lie everywhere

encircling no-where

i am not

who you think i am

i live for

no creeds, flags, or countries

here

beliefs are veils of illusion

i am you

and you are me

we are everyone

I flow

whole

beyond description

immeasurable

home to what i am

to what i was and will be

yet paradoxically

there lies no time here

for there is no space to define me

so all i can say

is i am smiling

relaxed

awake and in-tune

grooving

into the

quiet infinity

of what is
