The entire Hierarchal system needs to be dismantled. This is a historical aspect of this. The sad thing is, that this system creates such suffering. Even for those with power in these companies, in order to have this power, they need to close themselves off to feeling, to sensitivity, to interconnectivity - basically ignore their humanness. From the oppressed to the oppressors, all enslaved by the system.
