beautifully written. This story seems to me to be a mirror of our hierarchal culture, one in which a small majority gets all the resources, all the laws made for its gains, and all of the focus. The system in which we live is so broken from its very roots. Until we dismantle the hierarchy, nothing will really change unfortunately.
